Where are we?

With a car park the size of a football pitch, we thought we would make it even easier to find us. So if you drive in from Ridge road (the roman road to Castleford), we are even easier to spot (behind Sue’s Pit Stop).

ISA season

Tis the season to be thinking about topping up your ISA. If you are fortunate enough to have enough money available to maximise your tax free allowance then time is running out to get in this years tax free allowance. Remember the tax year ends 5th April.

Glossy magazine appearance

Channel one feature in a free circular to the Yorkshire region. ‘Excel magazine’ targets the over 50’s and includes interesting articles and appropriate promotions from businesses that may appeal to the 50+ age group. Channel One gains recognition from the editor in an article that encourages people to talk to an adviser before they retire and before making any big decisions on how to take benefits from a pension.

Carlton Towers Cricket club

Channel One recently had a 16 foot by 2 foot banner erected at Carlton Towers Cricket Club near Selby. We are proud to support the club (which happens to be around the corner from Darren Parker’s house) and we wish the team all the best for the 2010 season. Lets hope its a long hot Summer for them.
